An exciting opportunity to work for one of the most well-known international charities, focusing on inspiring and motivating supporter to continue their support for them.

The position of Senior Supporter Retention Officer will work within a very successful fundraising team and project manage a variety of appeals and activities to drive loyalty within their supporters. You will work in partnership with your manager to develop a programme to achieve their income target of £38m and be responsible for the Assistant within the team.

As the Senior Supporter Retention Officer, you will lead on the day-to-day planning and delivery of a multi-channel programme, focusing on warm supporters. These will be focusing on cash appeals, direct debit, upgrade asks and loyalty mailings. You will research, develop creative, brief agencies, test, data selection and ensure projects are delivered to agreed time frames and budgets. Work with the Manager to improve their retention programme which will include the development of new fundraising initiatives.

They are looking for candidates to have previous experience of project managing the delivery of multiple fundraising campaigns, experience of a range of direct marketing channels across both online and offline. You will have experience of working with external suppliers both on the creative and delivery side. Confident in the use of a fundraising database to successfully target and segment supporters data. Having line management experience would be advantageous but not essential.
