The post of Senior Marketing and Communications Planning Manager sits within the newly created Strategic Marketing team. The team is dedicated to building a strategic and coherent approach to marketing across the charity, which builds and deepens engagement with the public.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing your role will be to lead the delivery of the marketing and communications planning and governance strategic pillar. The role will develop and deliver new planning and governance structure to ensure our marketing campaigns are driven by audience insight and support delivery of the charity's strategic goals. This pivotal role will play a key role in prioritising our campaigns and activities and ensuring we are integrated across our messages and channels. It will challenge and support colleagues across the charity to drive forward marketing capability across the charity.
The appointed candidate:
- Experience of managing staff
- Solid marketing and communications experience, ideally within a charity
- Ability to think strategically and work across teams
