An exciting opportunity to work for one of the most well-known international charities, focusing on inspiring and motivating supporter to continue their support for them.

The position of Senior Supporter Acquisition Officer will work within a very successful fundraising team and project manage the delivery of supporter recruitment campaigns with a focus on inserts and press. You will work in partnership with your manager to develop a programme to achieve their income target of £11m and be responsible for the Assistant within the team.

As the Senior Supporter Acquisition Officer, you will lead on the day-to-day planning and delivery of a multi-channel programme, focusing recruiting new supporters. You will lead on the delivery of the organisations national Christmas recruitment campaigns along with a variety of other campaigns across the year. These will be delivery through a variety of channels including press, DRTV, doordrops and digital. You will work with your line manager in the development and delivery of their strategy as well as ensuring the Assistant in the team is line managed correctly.

They are looking for candidates to have previous experience of project managing the delivery of multiple fundraising campaigns, experience of a range of direct marketing channels across both online and offline. You will have experience of working with external suppliers both on the creative and delivery side. Confident in the use of a fundraising database to successfully target and segment supporters data. Having line management experience would be advantageous but not essential.
