Senior Supported Housing Officer

You will be directly reporting to the Service Manager and will be responsible for the Supported Housing Officer, Supported Housing Assistants, Reception staff/ Administrators and Volunteers.
The aim of your team will be to maximise rental income and minimise losses by managing rent accounts, lettings and referrals to the highest standard. Ensuring that all staff are aware of service targets and that rental income and management of rent arrears is performance managed.
Through your regular structured support you will inspire and enable staff to perform well; as individuals and as part of a team.
Previous experience of supervision and relevant experience working with vulnerable people in a supportive setting, including supported housing, social care and health care.
