TPP Education Recruitment are currently partnered with a London based Financial Education Provider. They are a leading provider of apprenticeships, of accountancy / tax / finance & banking courses, and of professional assessments. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Student and Client Services Administrator, paying £29-£30K on a permanent basis.

As the Senior Student and Client Services Administrator you will provide outstanding advice and support for existing and prospective students, in person, via email and telephone. You will build and sustain strong relationships with clients, providing an excellent client service.

The role is based on site across two central London locations 5 days a week. The weekday shift patterns are 08:15 to 16:45, 09:00 to 17:30, 10:00 to 18:30. The weekend shift is 08:15 to 12:15, this shift is paid as overtime at time and a half. You will be expected to commit to a minimum of 8 weekend days per year.

You will be reporting to the student and Client Services Manager.

Your new responsibilities:

Includes but not limited to:

  • Provide advice to students and clients who are considering choosing them as their tuition provider, following up with the relevant collateral and recording the enquiry appropriately
  • Promote the benefits of studying with them at every appropriate opportunity, supporting the student through the decision process with the objective of securing bookings and retaining the student through their studies
  • Administer all aspects of the student and client bookings process, with an emphasis on the clients.
  • Take ownership of transfer, deferral and refund requests, keeping students/clients updated throughout the process
  • Check and administer web orders
  • Order student course materials via the Publishing system and check that despatch is occurred in a timely manner
  • Add student bookings to the portal in a timely manner
  • Contact students for card payments and make all necessary arrangement to take payment
  • Produce client reports and information when required
  • Capture and monitor activity for the purpose of demonstrating achievement of KPIs

  • Excellent organisation skills and experience ideally within an administrative role
  • Experience of working within a customer/client focused environment
  • Ability to effectively manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self -motivation with a focus on delivering a high quality of work
  • Proficiency in the use of office packages and databases
  • Tenacity to resolve issues as they arise
  • Team player able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • The role will involve manual handling of materials and classroom furniture layout
