TPP Recruitment are currently supporting on the recruitment of a Senior Sponsorship Experience Officer for a leading International charity. The role will sit within the Individual Giving team of this charity who are responsible for generating income through high quality direct marketing activity as well as fulfilment of their supporter journey. The team also provides direct supporter engagement, responding to and communicating with supporters on sponsorship related opportunities.

The Senior Sponsorship Experience Officer will work part time and lead on the strategic development of key areas of the sponsorship supporter journey, this will include the welcoming from the point of acquisition. Working with the Supporter Engagement team to ensure they are delivering a supporter experience to the highest standard. One of the key duties of the role will be to lead on the creation and management of a first-class welcome journey for all new supporters. Working with the acquisition team to ensure they receive a quality experience within their highest attrition period. You will also work with several other teams, such as the Legacy team, to coordinator fundraising asks as part of their journey.

The key to be successful in this role is experience in managing supporter experience, having experience of implementing a new supporter journey. You will have experience within a fundraising department, preferably within Direct Marketing. You will need to have an in depth understanding of the charity environment and knowledge of supporter rationale. Knowledge of donor stewardship across regular giving, major donors and legacies will be helpful.
