An awarding body which is set to become a Chartered Institute are recruiting for a senior manager to manage the standards team in order to develop and maintain all professional standards as well as maintain the assessment infrastructure to deliver these.
Coming from an existing Chartered Institute with knowledge of CI standards and processes you will manage the development of new products, managing two direct reports as well as subject matter experts, assessors and external consultants.
You will have knowledge of quality assurance in relation to CI professional standards in order to manage and monitor existing standards and implement new ones where appropriate in order to maintain the integrity of standards and products.
As someone with a qualification development background, you can take up this role in a permanent or contract capacity and be able to have work from home flexibility.
