A very well-known homelessness charity in London is currently looking for a Senior Philanthropy Manager to join their offices on a permanent basis.

This role will be focused on 6- and 7-figure gifts through both new business and cultivating existing relationships.

There is no line management responsibility in this role, so the focus will be on finding new prospects and utilise existing networks. You will need to have strong relationship building skills, ideally with evidence of being able to open up networks using internal contacts. Your track record should ideally include gifts of 6 figures plus, but this is not essential.

They need someone who is entrepreneurial in their approach. Applicants from outside of the sector would be of interest also. You will need relevant experience of dealing with high net worth individuals, and relationship cultivation of highly influential people. Anyone from outside of the sector who is interested in the role will need to show experience of developing very strong relationships, and a high-level understanding of the complexity and intricacies of exceptional networking and development of professional relationships.

If you are interested in this role or wish to register with TPP to hear about future posts, please call Andrew on 020 7198 6040 or send your CV to fundraising@tpp.co.uk. We do try to get in touch with all applications of interest however due to the volume of applications we receive this isn't always possible.
