TPP are proud to be partnering with a leading disability charity to recruit for a Senior Philanthropy Fundraiser. The charity is at the forefront of campaigns to break down barriers people with disability face and aim to achieve everyday equality.

The Role

The Senior Philanthropy Fundraiser will work with the freshly formed Philanthropy team on the development and delivery of the Major Donor programme. The role with have a heavy focus on prospecting at the five and six figure level. You will work across the team's functions helping to grow new contacts and asks to a portfolio of 150 contacts. You will be responsible for the successful set up and management of three strategic Development Committees.

The Person

To be successful in the role you will have an excellent track record of hitting and exceeding income targets which will include 5 figure asks. You will also have experience in bringing in new business or prospective donors to an organisation. Finally, you will be competent at building relationships with donors and supporters at all levels but especially high net worth individuals.
