Job Title: Senior Patient Administrator
Salary: £18000 - £22,000
Hours: Mon- Sun, 36hrs pwk between 7.00am and 9.00pm
Do you have previous Receptionist/Administrative experience and currently looking for a challenging full time role?
Our client is a leading provider of imaging services, currently seeking an experienced Administrator based in Frimley. The successful candidate will be providing a range of administrative functions, contributing to the delivery of a high quality service.
The main responsibilities of the Senior Administrator will include:
Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact and dealing with face to face/ telephone enquiries
Dealing with data and reports as well as maintaining stock control
Typing medical reports and other administrative duties such as audio typing
The clinic is open 7 days a week, therefore the successful candidate will be required to work on a rota basis.
Ability to work flexibly and on weekends will be desirable.
Previous Receptionist/Administrative experience will also be highly desirable.
