We are working with a well-known membership organisation to recruit a Senior Membership Coordinator; the role will be home based covering the West Midlands. You will be required to travel regularly to meetings and events.

Main duties for the Senior Membership Coordinator:
Main point of contact for members within the region
Work with the management team to prepare the annual budget and business plan, monitoring performance against KPI's
Organise and manage the events programme
Communicate regularly with remembers
Encourage members to take up volunteer roles
Update and maintain a database with membership contacts

Essential criteria for the Senior Membership Coordinator:
Previous experience within a face to face customer care role
Excellent communication skills
Strong project skills
Good administration and MS office skills
