This well respected medical think tank are looking for a marcomms professional to come and join their team to cover for a secondment. Within this role you can look forward to overseeing a team of 7, with 4 direct reports, delivering full integrated marketing and communications for the organisation. You will be overseeing the e-communications and CRM, market research, brand, product marketing, events management and alumni relations for the organisation. You will be providing effective and supporting management and leadership to the function, to ensure they deliver a high quality programme of activity to maximise the organisations impact throughout the UK. You will be managing the development and implementation of marketing projects to increase engagement, and manage the organisations brand during a brand refresh that will be taking place over the next year. Further to this you will be ensuring the delivery of a high profile programme of events and lead on the integrated communications plans for their products and reports.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced MarComms Professional
- Have strong line management experience, including matrix management
- Have strong brand management experience
- Have strong integrated communications experience
