We are working with an Trade Association to recruit their Senior Manager, Member Engagement; the successful candidate will have will be responsible for developing, leading and managing their membership engagement and retention strategy.
Main duties for the Membership Manager:
-Ensure the Member Engagement team provides excellent customer service for existing members and potential new members.
-Attend industry events, acting as ambassador for the organisation, effectively demonstrating the organisations values.
-Provide in-depth analysis of membership engagement to Senior Leadership Team.
-To manage and motivate the membership team.
Essential criteria for the Membership Manager:
-Experience in developing and implementing a membership engagement and retention strategy within a professional organisation.
-Experience of developing successful marketing initiatives.
-Experience in providing insights and devising appropriate strategies.
-Strong stakeholder engagement.
-Strong people management skills, with experience of motivating, coaching and developing staff.
