To produce change communications while leading on and delivering other integrated communications, ensuring staff feel informed, valued, engaged and able to play their part in delivering their strategy.
There are three large projects that this children’s charity need assistance with, this will require someone with solid internal communications skills and experience of working within this area before.
The appointed candidate will have:
- Experience of change communications
- The post-holder will have experience of success in maximising results in a high-profile communications environment both as part of a team and working with other departments and senior stakeholders. They will be able to demonstrate effective inter-personal skills and highly developed written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience of intranet content management.
- Experience of researching and writing clear, concise and plain English copy for a range of audiences, particularly internal.
