The position of Senior Fundraising Officer is working for a well-known international youth charity, working within a very successful retention programme of which this year has a growth strategy in place. The Senior Fundraising Officer will ensure that the charity's supporter engagement platforms are offering exceptional supporter journey to maximise lifetime value. You will be key to the development of new fundraising initiatives focusing on cash repeat giving, upgrade programme and mid-value programme. You will lead on working with creative agencies to produce engaging campaign material as well as work with various teams across the charity to develop case studies for a variety of campaigns. Part of the role will see you travel across the world to attend meetings with a number of the charities other offices and share best working practices.

You will have experience in the delivery of a range of direct marketing campaigns, understanding of the different techniques and able to project manage campaigns from end to end. You have experience of developing engaging content and supporter communications. As several campaigns will be delivery with the support of external supplier experience managing the relationship with them throughout the deliver process is key.
