I am working on behalf of a reputable adoption charity, which naturally boasts and encourages a family friendly ethos, as well as a warm, sociable, compassionate and friendly working culture. So much so, that they have been listed amongst the Top 100 Not-for-Profit Companies to work for by The Sunday Times.
As a core team member, you will spend your time reporting to the HR Manager and line managing 3 HR Officers. Covering an entire generalist remit, you will be providing advice on policies and procedures, compiling turnover reports, overseeing the new starter process issuing offer letters & contracts as well as undertaking payroll reporting and occassionally sitting on interview panels. Although this role is predominately desk based, you will have the opportunity to be involved in supervision visits to any of the national offices.
You will assist with the production of management information, to include turnover reports, temporary & permanent headcount, ethnicity, gender etc. - are ready for presentation to the HR Manager on both a monthly basis as well as when requested.
This role is ideal for those of you who have previously engaged in a HR Generalist role and looking for your next challenge working very closely to support the HR Manager.
