A much-loved children’s charity based in London is seeking a Fundraising Manager – Supporter Acquisition.
You will maximise income for the charity through fundraising campaigns. You will lead, manage and develop a team of 5 and recruit staff. You will hold responsibility and accountability for budgetary performance covering a range of acquisition activity. You will manage key agency relationships such as media and creative agencies. Finally, you will work closely with the Individual Giving teams to evaluate products and plan best supporter journeys.
You will have sound direct marketing experience and substantial experience of budget management. You will have excellent project management skills and are able to deliver objectives on time. You will be highly numerate, complemented by sound communication skills, with the ability to influence senior level audiences. You will be willing to work flexibly, with a strong commitment to delivering results and monitor progress. Finally, you will have excellent staff management experience with highly developed leadership and team building skills.
All employees receive a generous 29 days annual leave per year.
