A regulatory body, with internationally recognised standards of professional competence and commitment are recruiting for an exciting role as part of their apprenticeship offering.
The External Quality Assurance of Apprenticeships Senior Executive will begin as a maternity contract for 12months, but they are looking for someone who has the self drive and motivation to develop new processes and stakeholder relationships and thereby create a permanent future position for themselves.
As someone who has indepth knowledge of apprenticeships and quality assurance surrounding them as a senior level, ideally in regards to EPA or engineering, you will improve the existing baseline framework to enhance the processes and give a platform which will be strong enough to withstand the growth in this area.
You will have outstanding communication and relationship building skills in order to develop new relationships with external stakeholders such as employers and other engineering professional bodies who are EPAOs in order to successfully get them on board by showing why professional registration would be beneficial for them in order to ensure their own quality assurance systems and processes.
You will also coordinate a team of assessors, and work closely with internal colleagues to contribute to panels, committees and working groups.
This role would be ideal for someone who is involved in strategic apprenticeship quality assurance processes or someone who is experienced in developing quality strategic relationships with employers based on apprenticeships.
