A growing membership organisation are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support their CEO, the successful candidate will have extensive experience of supporting at senior level.

Main duties fir the Senior Executive Assistant:
Managing the CEO's diary
Complex global travel coordination
Management of the CEO's office, project planning and relationship management
Ad hoc support to various directors throughout the organisation
Producing reports and presentations for meetings
Agenda setting, minute taking and circulating papers
Coordination and management of committee meetings including logistics

Essential criteria for the Senior Executive Assistant:
Previous experience of providing support at CEO level
Experience of building systems and process to improve workflows
Ability to produce complex reports and PowerPoint presentations
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent stakeholder management skills
