An award winning awarding body are recruiting for a Senior End Point Assessment Manager to design and manage effective, efficient, robust and compliant End-Point Assessment processes and service that ensures customer delight through simple journeys to book, contract and fulfil all activities and help qualify even more professionals.
As a new role in the organisation, this role will currently manage an EPA Operations Manager but within the next 18months will help to continue to build a team around them to deliver the customer service associated with ensuring that customer journeys, internal systems and processes are optimised and compliant, delivering against KPIs to ensure the organisation becomes the End Point Assessment Organisation of choice in a competitive marketplace as well as to manage the pool of contractor Assessors to ensure all customer touch points are aligned to the service strategy.
Coming from a background in adult education with experience of working in a similar/comparable role with a proven background in qualification assessment - ideally including apprenticeships, designing processes and schemes that deliver customer delight, you will have expert understanding of the sector and market including the shift to Levy funding and Trailblazer apprenticeships.
This role will manage the operations of the EPA offering and be an amazing opportunity for someone who understands assessment concepts and wants to have a positive impact in the field of professional apprenticeships and make their mark on new processes and systems.
The role does offer flexible working, but will include working in the Corby Head Office at least 2days a week.
