This is a great opportunity to be one of two people running DM in a small international animal welfare charity. DM is one of the charity's biggest earners, so you will be making your mark as one of two fundraisers leading the funding stream. You will be responsible for a wide range of campaigns, namely mail and telemarketing - this will include marketing a variety of products. You will be autonomous and will lead negotiations with agencies in order to run campaigns from concept all the way through to evaluation and reporting.

Essential criteria:
*Strong knowledge of direct marketing techniques especially mail and telemarketing
*Experience of project managing marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external contacts
*Demonstrable experience in fundraising or similar
*Proven marketing background, preferably within the charity sector
