This high profile homeless charity are looking for a senior marketing and digital professional to join their team. Within this role you can look forward to joining the charity during an exciting time, with high profile campaigns and digital change.

Within this role you can look forward to leading a team of 16 in total with 4 direct reports, covering marketing & brand, digital and supporter engagement. You will be leading the team to build the charity's brand and to engage with new and existing supporters. You will play a vital role in building the charity's digital capability and to ensure that the full digital mix is utilised.

Further to this you can look forward to devising and delivering content and social media strategies, as well as overseeing the delivery of wider digital communications activity across the charity. You will keep abreast of new digital opportunities and drive innovation to ensure that charity is able to capitalise on new technology and trends.

You will be playing a leading role in the charity's digital and data transformation programme, ensuring that the programme supports and compliments the wider marketing strategy and that the team have access to key data and analytics to deliver the best customer experience.

Please note that this role will be remotely based with their offices based in central London

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be an experienced senior digital/digital marketing professional
  • Have an up to date knowledge of the digital landscape
  • Have a strong track record in the development and delivery of digital and marketing campaigns
  • Take an audience-centric and data-driven approach
  • Have a strong stakeholder engagement ability
