You will play a key part in the delivery of the supporter development and retention programme to help deliver fundraising targets. You will use a range of channels which will include e-appeals, raffles and tele-marketing. You will be involved in preparing creative briefs and liaising with agencies accordingly. Finally, you will keep abreast of current trends in the market to ensure an innovative approach to supporter retention.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of being in a target driven fundraising position. You will have experience of working on direct marketing projects using a range of channels. You will also have effective communication and time management skills. Finally, you will be passionate about animal welfare and protecting animals.
You will receive a salary of £30,000, 24 days annual leave, plus an additional 3 days during the Christmas period. Additionally, you will benefit from a generous pension scheme of up to 6%. Finally, you will be able to flex your hours (35 a week) whereby you can start between 8am - 10am and finish between 4pm-6pm.
