An organisation of essential key workers with a mission to support and encourage staff to undertake learning opportunities are looking to recruit a Senior Database Officer. This is a full-time hybrid working role with a minimum of one day a week in the London Office. This is a new and exciting opportunity to play a key role in the charity's donor development.
As the Senior Database Officer, you will assist the Data & Appeal Manager, on day-to-day tasks in data entry, processing, and data manipulation as the organisation begin their new five-year global strategy. You will play a pivotal role in the development of the charity's focus which is to increase digital donors. You will provide relevant data analysis and data reports to the Director of Development and team members as required and respond to request from the Development team for queries and reports. You will be the interface for users requesting access to Raisers Edge NXT and assist in the maintenance and management of Raisers Edge database with conducting regular audits on its contents.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the writing and designing of digital reports and work with the organisation's Finance Team, to reconcile and process donations from various sources including BACS donations, Standing order BACS payments, Stripe credit card donations, JustGiving and CAF.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experiences:
* Essential skills in using CRM (Preferably Raiser's Edge) and Microsoft skills.
* Experience and knowledge in running targeted queries, including exporting of relevant data for direct mail appeals and reports.
* Proficient in Data entry processes and understand bet practices
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise daily task.
* Good Communication skills and excellent at working with teams.
