TPP are recruiting a Senior Database officer to work for a Charity that delivers a range of support and housing services around the UK for young people and adults at risk of homelessness.
In this role you will promote a culture of best practice, ensuring data quality processes and monitoring are in place to ensure that database health and meaningful relationship data is available for fundraising activity.
Additionally, you will be accountable for the day to day management of supporter data helping deliver an excellent supporter experience, maximising fundraising impact, as well as supporting the delivery of fundraising strategy. You will use your expertise to provide additional guidance on insight needs as required.
* They are implementing a new database management approach following a review of current processes. You'll play a leading role in helping embed the recommendations across the team.
* You'll receive training and support to help you perform your role.
* The role is flexible and you can take a creative approach to it.
Ideally you will have the following to help you be successful in this role:
*Being fully competent using Excel and related data reporting and importing tools.
*Holding strong analytical and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of best practice required to maintain compliance with Data Protection legislation, Fundraising best practice and HM Revenue & Customs (Gift Aid).
*Experience of building data segmentation and data selection to support the delivery of fundraising campaigns.
