Our client, a recognised Heath charity, has a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Data professional. This is a permanent role on the South Bank offering flexible working and a great team environment that provides you direct support. As Senior Data Executive you will be key in developing, maintaining and improving data import procedures for the organisation.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Data Executive:

Responsible for data mapping, formatting and testing for new data import processes
Manage the quality of the data ensuring data is cleansed, up-to-date and fit for purpose
Produce data specification documents for internal/external agencies
Collaborate with all teams across the organisation on projects
Create queries, exports and reports to support user activities

The right candidate will have worked on data CRM systems within a charity fundraising setting, being familiar with the likes of Raiser's Edge, ThankQ, Salesforce and/or others for example. Experience in configuration of bulk importing tools such as Import-o-matic or similar will be crucial to deliver on your responsibilities. If you have played around with Access and know your way around vlookup/pivot tables, then you on the right track. Working knowledge of Faststats or a similar selection and analysis tool is definitely a requirement. You will be a natural at manipulating and validating large datasets.
