Senior Database Executive

Our client a leading health charity are seeking some interim support for the data team while they recruit the longer term permanent role, as such they require candidates with prior knowledge of Raiser's Edge, who is able to complete selections, imports, use faststats, data mapping, and comfortable liaising with the external agencies.

Should you have all the below experience additional to the above, they would be able to consider the higher end of the pay rate:

  • Advanced working knowledge of Raiser's Edge user and technician functionality and configuration to include code table management, import, exports and global changes
  • Experience in configuration of bulk importing tools such as Import-o-matic
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the structure of databases and their implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Faststats or a similar selection and analysis tool, as well as Microsoft Access
  • Experience in manipulating and validating large datasets with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on and prioritise multiple projects
  • Previous involvement in liaising with external suppliers to provide data necessary to meet the requirements of the database and organisation
  • Experience of running complex queries and selections
  • Excellent communicator - confident and competent to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Experienced at engaging, maintaining and building stakeholder relationship at all levels across the organisation
  • Ability to work flexibly and responsively, at speed where required and responding to urgent requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to actively and visibly contribute to the development of the insight and innovation function
  • Working knowledge of GDPR requirements

Salary/rate: £16.84 - £20.88ph (depending on level of experience)
