A leading international awarding organisation are recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager who will be responsible for the production and maintainance of the risk based compliance and quality assurance strategy and plan to ensure that they remain compliant with Ofqual's Conditions of Recognition.
As someone who has experience of working for an awarding and/or regulatory body, and can demonstrate strong written and verbal investigative skills in order to assimilate information quickly and make sound decisions, you will be directly responsible for the approval, quality assurance and monitoring of approved centres to ensure they satisfy the criteria relating to the delivery of qualifications.
This role will include travel in order to carry out both announced and unannounced audits and centre visits to ensure that centres satisfy the approval criteria relating to the delivery of qualifications and are conducting assessments in line with standards/requirements.
You will also recruit, train, standardise and manage Regional Quality Assurers; prepare reports for the Head of Qualifications and Qualifications and Awards Committee at Board Level; and report against all compliance and QA key performance indicators and report against risks and opportunities.
