A global membership and awarding organisation are recruiting for a Senior Compliance Coordinator who has experience of carrying out investigations and monitoring visits on centres to ensure regulatory compliance.
Ideally coming from an awarding, professional or regulatory body or similar, you will provide excellent customer service to centres in order to support them through the approvals process and ongoing audits to ensure sustainable relationships; but you will also be someone who is able to have difficult conversations when required.
You will also be someone with exception attention to detail and strong administrative skills in order to work across different online systems, as well as write and analyse reports to meet strict regulatory SLAs and requirements.
You will manage a team of regionally based quality assurers, liaising between them and centres, ensuring they are up to date on compliance issues and requirements and accompanying them on visits as and when required to both monitor their performance as well as see the centre yourself.
As part of a small team, you will need to work closely with you colleagues and support each other when required.
You will also need to be happy to travel frequently to attend both prescheduled and unannounced centre visits.
