TPP's Fundraising and Development team are supporting a fantastic International animal welfare charity with the search for their next Senior Community Fundraising Officer. This is an ambitious and high performing team which has innovative plans for the future and is part of an organisation with a commitment to community fundraising.

The role

In this role you will be responsible for growing net income, and for developing, leading and executing the marketing of Community Fundraising activities in order to recruit large numbers of new supporters to the charity. You will also prepare and implement effective stewardship plans for each fundraising activity to maximise the financial potential from each volunteer fundraiser. In addition, you will manage and grow the portfolio of high value supporter relationships and prospects, and work with creative and digital agencies to develop and market new and innovative community fundraising campaigns.

Person specification

To be considered for this role you will have a strong track record in community fundraising, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audience. You will have strong team-working and organizational skills and be a natural self-starter. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, experience in managing budgets and ability to create annual operational plans.


This role is based in central London and offers 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays as well as flexible working. They are also offering childcare vouchers, season ticket loan and subsidized gym membership.
