TPP is proud to be working with a leading health charity to recruit for a Senior Community Fundraiser. The role is permanent, based from home, paying between £34,638 - £36,803 and working in the East Anglia & East Midlands area.

The purpose of the role will be to generate income from key areas which include corporate fundraising, volunteer group fundraising and community DIY fundraising. Within corporate fundraising you will aim to secure new partnerships and account manage existing ones. From this you will have experience of securing new business circa £25k and experience of working on COTY proposals/accounts. You will also use your sound relationship skills to provide advice, guidance and support to volunteers, individuals and groups carrying out DIY fundraising activities and challenge events, with the aim of uplifting value and driving retention. Overall, you will work towards a target of £250k across all income streams.

To be successful in this role you will have formal fundraising experience with a sound track record of income generation. You will be comfortable in seeking out new business and have excellent people skills to deliver exceptional supporter journeys. Finally, you will be a passionate fundraiser who has the vision to see the bigger picture and contribute to the overall growth of the charity.

*This role requires extensive regional travel. You will need to have a full driving license and your own car - travel expenses are reimbursed.
