An international non-profit organisation which works to ensure sustainability are recruiting for a Senior Assurance and Training Manager to take responsibility for the development and maintenance of their standards and certifications programme.
Responsible for the strategic direction of the training provision for their third party certification and accreditation bodies you be responsible for both online and face to face training provisions. You will also ensure that the organisation is compliant with it's umbrella body's standards as well as ensure internal and partner quality assurance standards are maintained in order to that the "seal of approval" that is awarded to external companies is seen as genuine and an example to be followed.
Coming ideally from a professional membership organisation with experience in developing external training provisions as well as ensuring the quality of partner organisations, you will work in a highly collaborative team in a one of a kind sector and may even get to travel internationally and across the UK about once a quarter to be the face of the industry and manage relations with external stakeholders.
Managing a small team, you will work cross company using the technical expertise of colleagues to develop and coordinate specialist training products.
Ideally you will have experience in working with science or technical audiences in order to clearly articulate the organisation's view point.
You will have knowledge of benchmarking standards and the development and delivery of assurance programs.
