Senior Assessments and Awards Officer

A well-known University located in a beautiful part of London are looking for a Senior Assessments and Awards Officer on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent. Under the direction of the Assistant Registrar, you will manage the operational side of the Registry's Exams and Assessment Team. A core part of this role will be supporting the implementation, operation and maintenance of the assessment processes, including running Progression Boards and ensuring they stay compliant with University processes. As well as managing the workloads of the Exams and Assessments team, you will liaise with External Examiners and Moderators concerning operational matters. You will be responsible for the coordination of students' results processes and the coordination of the Registry team to ensure the smooth-running of exams and assessments.

To make a success of this role, you will have experience of working in an administrative role within higher education and previous experience of managing a small team. As well as this, you will be confident working in a fast paced environment and have great inter-personal skills.
