TPP is proud to be partnering with a leading mental health charity to recruit for an Account Manager to lead a key account. The role is a three-year fixed term contract but there could be permanent opportunities within the charity. The position is paying £35,031 but could pay up to £37,000 for the right candidate. The role could be considered on a part time basis on a minimum of 4 days. The job is based in East London with one day spent at the account headquarters in Guildford - although this is negotiable.
You will be joining a leading mental health charity which provides advice and support to those experiencing mental health issues, to campaigning to improve services and promote awareness. You will also be joining a large corporate partnership team which has doubled its income and developed fantastic commercial and COTY partnerships with well known brands and companies.
The main aim of the role is to lead and account manage a new six figure partnership between the charity and major insurance company that is worth £1m over three years. From this you will develop creative fundraising and engagement plans, or activities to engage and enthuse employees. You will also line manage a Corporate Partnerships Assistant, but line management responsibility may increase should the account grow. Finally, you will account manage one or two other smaller partnerships.
To apply for this role, you must have sector experience of managing corporate partnerships with a successful income track record. You must have the ability to think creatively and proactively to engage employees. You will be required to have sound communication skills, both oral and written to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and audiences. Finally, you will be passionate about improving mental health awareness.
