TPP are seeking a temporary worker to work as a Programme Coordinator within the Registry services team. They are about to close student applications for 2021 and they require this individual to get all students fully registered, processing all applications and administration and sending out application packs to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
You will need to have good attention to detail to ensure all forms are completed accurately and ideally have worked in student administration. You will also be required to have good written skills in order to liaise with the staff and students.
You can work from home, with a flexible agreed hours from 9-5pm or 9.30 - 5.30pm as long as the core hours of 10-4pm are covered. As from September the staff are returning 3 days per week at the office, 2 days from home so you can commit to this pattern or continue working from home if preferred.
- You must be immediately available / available at short notice
- University, student facing administration experience is preferable
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent interpersonal skills
