TPP are working with an innovative and entrepreneurial not for profit that are recruiting for a talented individual to join them in permanent role as the organisation's Salesforce Manager. This role will be based in Central London working within their established PMO team.
Main duties for the Salesforce Manager:
Overall management of the Salesforce CRM system.
Working closely with the Projects team on project delivery utilising Salesforce.
Identify and develop efficient processes using the CRM.
Introduce functionality on Salesforce tools.
Produce regular reports and provide analysis on data.
Deliver training and writing guidance.
Essential criteria for the Salesforce Manager:
Extensive senior level Salesforce CRM management experience.
Demonstrable examples of maximising the use of Salesforce in a project environment.
Experience of Data management, analysis and query processing.
Knowledge of delivering training on Salesforce usage.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
