TPP are working with a National body. This organisation deliver support to schools and colleges.

This role is currently based from home. They will be moving to a hybrid working pattern. They are happy to discuss your preference around hybrid working.

This role will have 1 direct report. However they do have plans to grow this team so that will increase.

This organisation uses Salesforce as a CRM system that serves a number of functions including - Maintenance and reporting across the national network of schools, advisers and
employers, Maintaining records of providers of careers and mentoring activities that are supported by the organisation , Maintaining records of wider stakeholder relationships such as constituencies, government
relationships and areas of careers opportunity, Management of events, such as conferences, mentoring meetings and regional workshops and Collection of data from a country-wide user base.

They are about to embark on an ambitious Data and Digital Strategy, and expect Salesforce to be central to the successful delivery of this strategy.

You will be working as part of a new Data team. As the Salesforce Manager you will oversee System administration and support, Basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and
dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks such as performance monitoring and backups, Manage security of the Salesforce instances and data content, including ensuring , Lead work to ensure data quality is maintained and much more.

Do you have Experience of Salesforce administration, including deployment, performance monitoring, backup and recovery? Do you have expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform's features and functionality? A proven track record of leading continuous improvement of an enterprise CRM, including requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and documentation? Knowledge of data protection and GDPR?
