Our client is a leading children's charity based in Barkingside (Central Line).
They are recruiting an experienced CRM Manager to lead a team of four System Analysts (CRM administrators).
Although line management experience is not essential, you will need to have extensive experience interpreting user requirements and translating them in to meaningful solutions, using root cause analysis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Insight & CRM, you will have strategic input, lead on continuous system developments, including CRM roadmaps and future proofing the consent journey and preferences.
Your team is responsible for creating new users, taking user requirements, creating objects and completing various customisation requests.
Your team is very much user facing, so you will need to have excellent communication skills, with extensive Salesforce experience.
