Review Case Team Officer

We are working with a leading housing and support charity based in the City who are looking for a Review Case Team Officer to join their busy and sociable team.

You will be one of the main point of contacts for all customers, answering and resolving all complaints effectively and according to published timescales.

You will support the Review Case Team Manager to ensure that trends and lessons learned from complaints, suggestions and compliments are identified and used to improve the standard of customer care provided by the organisation.

Assist in producing reports of statistical analysis for the purpose of demonstrating organisational performance and trends in complaints management.

You will carry out research and benchmarking that develops best practice in complaints management

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Experience providing high quality customer service, ideally within a complaints team.
  • Effective use of and updating of database systems
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Working knowledge of Housing and related legislation and good practice is desirable
