A leading Medical Membership Body who support the training and development of Healthcare professionals in the UK are currently recruiting for a Revalidation & Workforce Manager to join the team. This is a permanent, full time contract, reporting directly into the Head of Operations for Training & Workforce.

As the Revalidation & Workforce Manager, you will oversee CPD and Training and Workforce activities for healthcare professionals within the organisation and act as a main point of contact for all revalidation and workforce related enquires.

You'll also be responsible for managing the work of the CPD and workforce coordinator and will maintain and improve quality standards in these areas.

You will also manage and administer various committees and events relating to CPD workforce matters and will be involved in the management of relevant pages of the charity's website as well as the development of workforce data on the organisation's information system.

To be considered for this role, you should have experience working in a similar environment such as higher education in a university or medical college or in the NHS. You will need to have good experience and understanding of training, assessments and workforce matters preferably within medical education.

You would have successfully managed relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, have proven experience of managing committees, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking in a professional environment and will possess an aptitude to work effectively under pressure and changing priorities.
