TPP are excited to be working with an organisation that has a community of more than 50,000 members. They operate across 150 countries worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international forward thinking organisation as an Retention Executive.

The purpose of this role:
Through effective direct communication with members, promote the organisations membership and the retention of potential leavers.

Do you have experience of working in Retentions, Members or Customer account management environment? Are you someone that likes to bring fresh ideas to a role and team? Would you like to join a supportive growing team?

Some of the responsibilities will include:
Member Communication
Develop an understanding of members businesses, processes and use of solutions.
Contact members that have not renewed by telephone (and email) to understand reasons for not renewing.
Promote membership and the retention of potential leavers through member education and investigation of the use of standards.
Contact resigned members who are continuing to list on Amazon and ebay to recover membership fees
Assist with processing member payments
Ensure a high level of data accuracy for account information by updating member details when required.
Ensure fantastic quality personal and team service to anyone you contact.

CRM management
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the CRM system and the company's website.
Follow the guidelines on ticketing and communications logging to create accurate logs of customer contact onto the CRM system ensuring information is of a high professional quality, which can be used by the business.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience of working in Retention/ member/customer/account management environment
A history of using communication and questioning skills
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems and MS Office
The candidate should be confident and competent individual, who enjoys new challenges and making the most of opportunities
Determined and task-orientated, ensuring results and objectives are achieved within agreed deadlines
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Good people skills - with strong initiative and ability to multi-task
Exceptional phone manner and written communication skills
Enthusiasm, commitment and high motivation built in as standard
Believes in excellence, always strives to deliver beyond expectations;
Is professional, ethical and honest;
Collaborative - Builds successful long-standing partnerships through open communications.
