As the Supporter Retention Campaign Manager, you will:
- Lead on the planning and project management of warm regular giving and appeals, aiming to secure a minimum annual contribution of £40 million.
- Manage their loyalty communications, ensuring a seamless supporter journey both online and offline.
- Review results and extract insights for future optimisation, contributing to the ongoing development of the Supporter Retention programme.
- Act as the lead contact for key suppliers, fostering strong relationships with print management agencies, freelance designers, and copywriters.
- Stay abreast of fundraising trends, bringing insights that benefit their creative work.
The experience they are looking for:
- Passion for fundraising with a commercial understanding of the charity marketplace.
- Strong project management experience across various direct marketing channels, both online and offline.
- Proven success in working with external suppliers and leveraging value from supporter databases.
