We have two unique opportunities to join an international Christian Children’s charity as a Retail Shift Leader focusing on their award-winning retail arm based in one the world’s largest and exciting retail centres, London.This is a fixed term contract position until January 2018.
As a Retail Shift Leader, you will facilitate the Store Manager in delivering the organisation’s vision and provide excellent customer service to instill passion for the organization’s purpose of helping the world’s most vulnerable children. You will have the opportunity to work for a lively, collaborative and supportive team whilst adding value to a credible organization that works to bring hope to millions of disadvantaged children.
As a Retail Shift Leader, some of your key responsibilities will be:
Facilitate the retail team to exceed retail and sales targets
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
In the Store Manager’s absence, act as manager to inspire and lead the team with any issues, rostering or general practice
Managing daily operations for the store such as monitoring stock levels, replenishing stock and raising stock orders
Managing general administration such as maintaining accurate financial records
