Our client, a recognised armed forces charity, has a unique opportunity for a Retail Sales Co-ordinator to join the Aylesford office. The main focus of your role will be to provide overall administration support and get involved in various retail events. This is a permanent post that offers all round variety and a team environment.

The main responsibilities for the Retail Office Administrator and Coordinator:

Manage the day-to-day administrative responsibilities, ensuring that all policies, processes and procedures are adhered to
Process customer queries, complaints and internal orders
Inputting event sales into the online system
Organise the picking and delivery of stocks and POS for event activity
Ensure excellent customer service is treated as an individual and receives the best possible customer experience
Assist to implement new tools and selling methods
Act as a representative at events and provide exceptional customer service face-to-face
Deputise for your manager as required

Essential criteria for the Retail Office Administrator and Coordinator:

Similar experience in a customer facing and office environment
Strong administration and communication skills
Experience of processing petty cash and record keeping
All round team player who enjoys improving processes for the team
Competent with Microsoft Office packages
Physically able to lift and move boxes of merchandise weighing in excess of 3 stone
