I am working for an International not-for-profit organisation whose goal is to improve the livelihoods of communities and populations by combatting disease and mental health issues. This is achieved by collaborating with governments, designing first-class research and evaluation and policies.
My client are now looking to recruit a Resourcing Manager for a fixed-term period of 12 months.
As a central and significant member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the recruitment strategy and policies & processes that correlate to the mission values & goals of the organisation. You will be able to use your experience and skills to provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on best practice recruitment.
Relationships will be key. Your audience will include domestic & international management as well as HR and external organisations.
While developing and implementing a global recruitment and induction strategy, you will have the freedom to create organisational resourcing plans as well as managing the job evaluation processes and developing new and creative recruitment solutions to attract quality talent to the organisation.
As you settle into the role, you will manage advertising campaigns and evaluate selection processes and negotiate terms in line with budget.
This role is ideal for those of you with previous International Recruitment experience within a non-profit/charity environment. It will suit those of you who enjoy autonomy within a role and naturally you will have the confidence to lead and use your initiative. Previous line management experience is definitely an advantage, and if you have the ability to design and deliver recruitment strategies, then this could be the perfect role for you.
