You will provide all aspects of grant support to the faculty, including identification of research funding opportunities, preparation and writing support and timely submission of grant applications.
You will coordinate the grant process through from pre-award to post-award, including identifying research opportunities, writing support, coordinating the acceptance of awards and ensuring all grant closure procedures are met. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate the internal grant procedures. As well as updating and implementing research policies and procedures, you will develop and monitor the research budget.
In order to make a success of this role, you will have worked within research funding in a university and be educated to postgraduate level or equivalent. You will have a solid understanding of administering research grants contracts and providing grants contracts, preferably with exposure to ERC grants.
