A leading professional body are recruiting for a Regulations and Quality Assurance Officer to support the regulatory function for individual and organisational members, helping to ensure good practice and compliance with standards and requirements.
As someone who has experience of working for a professional membership body and/or experience of working in a regulatory environment, you will support the team with the organisation's systems to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes across the organisation with a focus on regulation. You will also maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders whilst retaining the independent status required of a regulatory and quality assurance function.
This role will undertake the annual membership audit within agreed timescales and interpret and collate the findings into the annual report. You will also ensure all prospective organisations are supported, meet requirements and the process is completed on time.
As directed by the Regulation and Quality Assurance Manager, you will support the migration of all regulatory administrative work associated with Organisational Member Reviews and manage the Regulatory Committees.
You will have strong administrative skills and experience of data collection and report writing. As well as being a team player, you will have worked within a regulated environment before and have good IT skills, particularly with CRM systems.
Ideally you will have experience of delivering quality processes and experience of working with committees within a Membership Organisation.
