We are working with a leading professional body who represents training organisations to recruit for a Regulation and Quality Assurance Officer. Reporting to the Regulation and Quality Assurance Manager you will support the regulatory function for the individual organisation members helping to ensure that good practice and compliance are within the institute standards.

This flexible working opportunity working offering flexible hybrid office and home working. Their office is in central London and you will be joining an established collaborative environment.

As the Regulation and Quality Assurance Officer you will support the Regulation and Quality Assurance Manager with the businesses systems to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes across the organisation with a focus on regulation. Assist with the management and administration of the quality review process. You will maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders including volunteers and subject matter experts whilst retaining the independent status required of a regulatory and quality assurance function. Facilitate visits at and online meetings with organisational members to ensure that they are compliant.

To be considered for the role you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

* Strong administrative skills
* Minimum 1 years' experience working in a regulatory environment
* Team player with proven ability to work on own initiative
* Data collection and report writing experience
* Experience of delivering quality processes
* Good attention to detail
