A leading professional body are recruiting for a Regulations and Quality Assurance Coordinator for 9month period to co-ordinate and administer certain regulatory projects as part of a wider overhaul of regulatory processes and procedures, thereby contributing to improved practice and enhanced member experience.

As someone who has experience of working for a professional membership body and/or experience of working in a regulatory environment, you will co-ordinate and administer a cross team project overseeing the migration of certain regulatory operations work from external involvement to the internal staff team. You will also identify improvements in processes and in turn standardise documents and procedures across all modalities.

This role will look to implement consistent unified policies and procedures for the re-accreditation of Direct Members, whilst also work within the Regulation and Quality Assurance Team to ensure that the organisation is meeting and maintaining requirements for Professional Standards Authority accreditation under the Accredited Registers scheme

As directed by the Regulation and Quality Assurance Manager, you will support the migration of all regulatory administrative work associated with Organisational Member Reviews and assessments to the internal team and support the building of a database of policies and reference documents for use by all professionals within the organisation.

You will have excellent communication skills in order to work closely with subject matter experts to ensure compliance with modality specific standards and philosophy., as well as work with regulatory committees and other stakeholders ensuring they are consulted at all stages; and meet with the Membership Team and CRM Officer to devise processes to ensure up to date and accurate membership data is maintained on the CRM database.

Ideally you will have been involved in areas such as centre accreditation and approvals in the past, or been involved in the quality assurance and compliance of assessments, qualifications or individuals/companies in regards to membership status.
