Regular Giving and Legacies Assistant

A top University in London are looking for a Regular Giving and Legacies Assistant to provide administrative support to both the Regular Giving department and the Legacies team. You will act as the first point of contact for fundraising related queries, assist with the planning and execution of the telephone fundraising campaign and help out with data entry into Raiser's Edge. You will aslo draft contact reports and meeting outcomes for the Legacy team and help out with general office duties such as room bookings, diary management and travel booking.

In order to make a success of this role, you will have previous administrative experience within fundraising and be used to working in a highly-pressurised, fast paced and target-driven enviornment. You will also have an understanding of CRM systems, preferably Raiser's Edge. You will also have excellent organisational skills and time management.
